After a batch of coffee is dropped from the brand new, custom-painted Diedrich CR-70 roaster—one of the staggering six roasters in the facility that includes two Stonghold S7 Pro sample roasters and two S9 roasters dedicated solely to cold brew profiles—the beans are transported via the aforementioned Willy Wonka tubes.
What does Omnidegradable mean?
Omnidegradable is the term developed by our packaging manufacturers, and means the bags will biodegrade when they come into contact with microbes – microbes that are present in landfills, fresh and salt water (the Ocean) and regular soil.

How do you brew with a V60?
- Fold your paper filter along the seam and into a cone
- Rinse the filter by pouring hot water through it and into the cup (then tip out the excess).
- Place your coffee in the cone and gently shake flat.
- Put your V60 and cup (or jug) on the scale.

- After 30 seconds pour in 100g of water.

As an undiluted concentrate, it’ll keep for up to two weeks , although the flavor quality will degrade after the first week.
